A group of children showing their artwork
The St Margaret Clitherow children in this photograph produced work for the 3M Artwork Project, sponsored by EBP. This involved creating a piece of artwork for 2 areas of 3M?s new offices in Bracknell. The themes for this work were the River Tees and the River Aire.
We used the Internet to find examples of what these rivers looked like at various points. Using the newly installed interactive whiteboards to show these images greatly helped to work on a large scale.
The Year six pupils involved worked through three lunch hours with Mrs Nicholls to meet the deadline.
The work was of a high standard and instead of two being chosen, every piece submitted was chosen, to be framed and displayed for many years to come. Well done to all of you!
